The easy and completely harmless way to rid your garden of one its most troublesome (and hungry) pests.

Packed in an easy-to-use powder form, Nemaslug contains a species of microscopic worms called nematodes which feed on the slugs and kill them.

Simply dissolve the pack into the required amount of water, and spray over the soil.

One application lasts up to six weeks, and there's no need to re-apply after wet weather.

This pack will treat up to 40 square metres. The product is live, and has a shelf life of up to 4 weeks. Refrigerate on receipt, and until use. Nemaslug will remain effective for around 6 weeks, and will need to be re-applied throughout the growing season.

In stock, and despatched first class within one working day. Working days are Monday-Friday.

****STOP PRESS!****. Due to unprecdented demand and invasions of slugs during the wet summer, Nemaslug stocks cannot be replenished fast enough by the suppliers. Regrettably, Nemaslug will not be available again until Spring 2013. Can we suggest you look at Sluggo pellets instead? Environmentally friendly, and extremely effective against slugs and snails.

You can shoot foster style slugs out of that type baerrl. I recommend an improved cylinder choke or a rifled choke. The inproved cylinder is the tightest choke usually recommended by any manufacturer of smoothbore for shotgun slugs. Rifled chokes do make a difference usually, but cost more. Most shotgun manufacturers sell these type of chokes for their shotguns. There are third party companies, such as Hastings ,that make chokes for many different shotgun manufacturers. Just remember not to exceed the shotgun shell length and load usually stamped on receiver of the shotgun. Also check the baerrl to determine maximum shell length and load as this might be different from the receiver. Just becasue you have a 3 magnum capacity shotgun receiver doesn't mean you can shoot 3 mags out of the 2-3/4 mag max baerrl Your shotgun or yourself will not be harmed by shoot slugs through it as long as you follow your manufacturers suggestions. Smoothbore shotguns should be used for short distances. Accuracy usually suffers after 50 yards. There are exceptions to the rule. For more information. Check to see if the your brand of shotgun has a website. They usually have a FAQ online that explains your options for different hunting situations and purpose. Remington, Winchester, Browning, Mossberg, Beretta, etc all have websites with guidelines for their products. Good luck with your deer season!
