What is the postage cost?
Orders to the UK are free of charge as standard, with faster delivery options at the rates given below.
Small and lighter orders are sent by second-class Royal Mail. Heavier orders are sent by courier.
For faster deliveries, we have a 24-hour courier option which costs a flat-rate £5.95 in the UK. This service operates from Monday-Friday only, and orders must be placed before 12 noon.
For outside the UK, the flat-rate postage is £9.50. Some items are too big or too heavy to despatch outside the UK, and we reserve the right to cancel any order where this is the case.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed within 1 working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail second class takes 3-5 working days to arrive. Standard courier services take between 1-3 days to arrive.
Our 24-hour courier service is next-working-day delivery, Monday-Friday only.
Airmail to Europe takes around 5 days, and to the rest of the world around 7 days.
Couriers will leave a card if they have been unable to deliver. We use Parcelforce, who will take the package to the nearest post office for collection. You can also re-arrange delivery with them. If the parcel is not collected after 7 days, it will be returned to us and a charge may be made for re-delivery.
Royal Mail will also leave a card if delivery has been unsuccessful. You will need to take this card, along with some ID and proof of address, to your local post office for collection. If the parcel is returned to us, a charge may be made for re-delivery.
If your order is likely to be delayed for any reason, we will notify you by email. We will give you the option to:
a) substitute the item for something similar
b) cancel the order for an immediate refund, or
c) keep the order on hold until it can be despatched.
