Ten plump, succulent and delicious garlic bulbs direct from the multi-award-winning Garlic Farm in the Isle of Wight.
Tied in a traditional plait for hanging. Stored in a warm, dry place, the bulbs will stay good until March 2012.
This garlic is far superior to what you normally find in the supermarket. Freshly harvested, and not having been kept in cold-store, the garlic retains its juiciness and there are no green shoots to spoil the flavour. If the recipe calls for one clove, then one is all you will need!
