We have a flat-rate postage of £3.95 to the UK, no matter how many items are ordered. Orders to the value of £50 or over are with free postage (UK only).
For outside the UK, the flat-rate postage is £9.50. Some items are too big or too heavy to despatch outside the UK, and we reserve the right to cancel any order where this is the case.
We also have a 24-hour delivery option which costs £9.50 within the UK mainland. Orders must be received before 12 noon to guarantee next-day delivery before 4pm.

When will my order arrive?
Currently, over 90% of orders are picked & packed within 1 working day. Our working days are Monday to Friday.
Orders under 1kg are sent Royal Mail second class, which takes 3-5 working days to arrive.
Orders over 1kg are sent either Royal Mail first class, which takes 1-2 working days, or by selected 1-2 day courier services.
Airmail to Europe takes around 5 days, and to the rest of the world around 7 days.
Couriers will attempt to deliver 3 times before leaving a contact card. After 7 days, the parcel will be returned to us and a charge may be made for re-delivery.
Royal Mail will also leave a card if delivery has been unsuccessfu. You will need to take this card, along with some ID and proof of address, to your local post office for collection. If the parcel is returned to us, a charge may be made for re-delivery.
If your order is likely to be delayed for any reason, we will notify you by email. We will give you the option to:
a) substitute the item for something similar
b) cancel the order for an immediate refund, or
c) keep the order on hold until it can be despatched.
