The wormery recycles your kitchen food waste into valuable liquid plant feed and wormcast compost. This new addition to the range makes harvesting the compost even easier.
The worms start off in the bottom tray and follow the food up as you add scraps to each tray. As the worms move up, they leave rich compost behind them. So, once the top tray is full, the bottom should be ready to harvest. Once empty, it can be placed on the top for the whole process to start again.
The tap at the bottom collects the liquid waste, which is itself an excellent feed for plants and vegetables.
